Hand-made Process --2 weeks

Step 1 Leaf Picking
Hand picked and made using the freshest tips, just the bud and top two leaves.

Step 2 Drying (sunlight & indoor)
Place tea leaves under sunlight at day time to evaporate the moisture on the leaves. And place it indoor at night to prevent dew for natural drying and fermentation.

Step 3 Kneading then put it for fermentation
To remove cuticle of the tea itself to fully fermented. To release the saliva of cicadas . So with little natural fruit collagen and natural enzyme.

Step 4 Drying
Stir dried at Low-temperature

1.    How does it have natural flavor of honey fragrance?
The black tea manufactured after the tea leafage is bitten by cicadas has a unique flavor of fruit and honey fragrance. Without any honey Additives , and anyArtificial Flavors in it.
